To the reviewer who says that this doesn't work well with vista: it is likely an issue with your computer, because it works great for me. I installed it in about 15 minutes and it works perfectly. I love it. This cam has super high quality video (HD) and photos (8 mexapixel). I use it to talk to my girlfriend to conserve cell phone minutes and I began to actually prefer the skype+webcam over using a cell phone.
