I bought two of these Logitech webcams. One for me and one for my brother. When they arrived, I could tell one of them had clearly been opened because it wasn't packaged like it should have been and there was some weird residue inside. And sure enough the disk would not load. Kept getting an error message. Emailed Logiotech about the error and was told it was a bad disk. I was able to download the software from the website instead. Really disappointed in Amazon for sending me a returned package.Get more detail about Logitech Webcam Pro 9000.
