I have had this camera for about a month now and have had zero problems with it, the quality is good on video and the audio is outstanding. This is the third one I purchased for other family member's and we are all impressed! We use Skype to send the information and have had no problems there either. The only issue we have had is a "freezing-up" on on computer and we are attributing that to the lack of memory on that machine because we both have cable for internet connection, if he does not try to do anything else but the phone call all is good.
