Simply put, it works as it's advertised. The image quality, even in low light, is superb. I'm very happy with it. I bought it so that my remote family could see/interact with my new baby and it works well. The only thing that doesn't work as advertised is the special features that give you the ability to use a different avatar. It does not work with any IM client, so I don't even know why they included that software. But that's not something I use, so it doesn't keep me from giving it 5 stars.Get more detail about Logitech Webcam Pro 9000.
