We've bought this for family members. We have a Mac, and they don't. We had to return 1 out of 3 because of a defect in the software--kept freezing up the computer, and would have to reboot. The graphics are cute, but not the easiest to figure out--sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. Don't expect to use the graphics much--nobody wants to see you talking from a lion's face for too long. After talking to several people, the Logitech 9000 seems to be one of the better options out there.Get more detail about Logitech Webcam Pro 9000.
