The Logitech QuickCam Pro is great! I had no problems getting up and running and the quality of the video is very good. Our access of communication is through Skype in which the Logitech software has a direct link to. I purchased three. One for my husband stationed in Afghanistan so we can make the most of our time apart and enable our children to see their dad, one for my mom who I have haven't seen in almost a year.
