The Legitech Webcam pro 9000 is wonderful. I'm amazed by how much detail people are picking up from the video when I Skype them. It's cord is about 6 feet long so it is easy to pick up off the top of your laptop display and physically move to pan around a room. I took this to the beach in Hawaii and took great video to broadcast from under a shady spot. It adapted well to the light changes and has great clarity. It was effortless to install.
