Amazon was great , I had to return the first web cam, it was determined by tech support that it was defective. Amozon sent a new one out fast, but as far as tec support from logetic I thought was terrible. I got nothing but a big runaround from logitec, talked to three tech. rep's and got three different stories, I really was pissed with the B.S. i was getting from them.Get more detail about Logitech Webcam Pro 9000.
