I bought 3 Logitech web cams to stay in touch with my children and grandchildren. Two of the web cams installed easily and were up and running within minutes. However I (an IT professional) had a miserable experience getting mine to install even with my virus checker and firewall turned off. The Logitech website did have very good instructions for troubleshooting and resolving the problems. Now that the cameras are all up and running we are thrilled with the quality of the picture and audio.
