This webcam is used for Skype. It is mounted atop a 52" LCD tv, but it slightly wobbly. It is meant to be mounted on a thinner display, but with proper balancing of the usb cable, it stays still on top of the TV. The quality on Windows Vista is superb. The microphone is decent for our 15x30 board room, and temporarily replaced a land line phone. I rate this a 4 of 5 stars because the mounting clip is difficult to work with. I trust the Logitech name for all of my purchases. Get more detail about Logitech Webcam Pro 9000.
