I am happy with the webcam. It was easy to set up and download the software. It took some configuring to get the audio to work with Vista, but the instructions were easy to follow and downloading the new software from the product website fixed the problem. The audio is clear. The video is clear with the smaller size image, but fuzzy on the full screen picture. However, I do not have a Dual Core computer. The people I webcam with have a Dual Core computer and say the full screen picture is only slightly fuzzy. Overall I am happy I purchased this product. Get more detail about Logitech Webcam Pro 9000.
