My Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000 webcam was ordered on Jan 12th and arrived on Jan 15th. And that was using SuperSaver shipping. (Shipped from Allentown PA and I live in NJ.) The camera arrived in perfect condition. Since it had been sitting out in on the porch in frigid weather for several hours after delivery by USPS, I allowed it to acclimate to room temperature before installing it on my Dell PC. No problem.
