We upgraded to the 9000 from the 5000 to minimize reverb and echoing. The picture quality is great, very clear with good sound. Nice sleek design, sits on top of our laptop or table top with minimal adjusting. Compatible with the Windows XP operating system on our laptop and Windows Live messenger.
