I was looking for the best webcam out there for around $50 and found this one for just over 60. Cnet strongly recommended it. I've bought four so far for myself and my family (I'm due to go to Iraq soon) and it's been great. The high quality microphone is what really surprised me, which is good because videoconferencing and online phone capabilities through Yahoo are what I've ended up using the camera most for. The camera auto-focuses and is rated at 2MP and works great. Unless the $60 price tag is just too much for you, I can't see any reason not to highly recommend this webcam. Did I mention the innovative and perfectly designed stand/bracket that lets you put it on almost any surface or monitor/laptop at just the right angle?
