The picture quality on this webcam is amazing. Much better than the Creative one I got recently and returned. But I cant get the mic on this device to work! I don't know if this is a Vista conflict but after weeks of getting nowhere on Logitech forums and spending lengthy calls with tech support, they finally told me to send it back and get a new one. Has anyone had a problem with this as well? Apparently VISTA cant download the device driver so I'm going a bit batty. This is a higher end webcam but if this doesn't get resolved this week I am sending it back for a replacement. If I didn't have any issues I would probably give this a 4 or 5 as the video works great, even in low light situations.
