Bought the 9000 on the recommendation of a friend and although unsure about how it would install after reading prior reviews, found that installation on to two PCs, one with Vista and one with Windows to be no problem. (I used the on-line download applications.) This is my first ever webcam and I find that the camera operates easily and video and audio are of terrific quality for home and small business use. Camera versatility also a welcome surprise.
