So far, this cam works great! Super easy to install, great picture. My only two beefs: the 'avatar' effect (where the camera 'captures' your eye and mouth positions and a CG puppet moves in conjunction with them) is terrible, and the camera video sometimes freezes while using Skype and I don't know if that's a camera issue, a memory issue (on either end) or a Skype issue. I've found it tends to happen if a LOT is going on in the frame or someone is moving too quickly for the camera to focus on.
