This webcam provides excellent quality video and sound with it's built-in microphone. The video can be HD and when transmitted during a Skype call appears to be close to HD. The software includes auto-tracking and auto-focus and a variety of amusing avatars that reproduce movements of the mouth and eyes. I was surprised by how easy the webcam was to install, set-up, and use with programs such as Skype. After discounts and rebates, this $100 unit ended up costing less than $60.
