I'm a new webcam user and am happy with this camera. It was easy to install and easy to use. I'll be using it for communication with my daughter while she's in college. I suppose the only difficulty was with figuring out which software to use for the web-video chats. Decided to use AIM video chat. It's the easiest. Skype was overkill for what I wanted to do.Get more detail about Logitech Webcam Pro 9000.
